I am still a bit confused. The damage skipped one of the pokemon ist the first turn, because after you execute your move, the game checks if you are poisoned and applies damage if necessary and this is not the case in turn 1 for the pokemon that executes his move first.
Am I still missing something?
Okay, so essentially one badly poison damage routine is being delayed by a turn, even though the status is active on both sides at the end of a turn, because of winning a speed tie.
Is that a bug or not? I just assumed it was because I'd never heard of it before, and Crystal_ doesn't mention it? I haven't checked it in-game, though.
